Higherford Mill is Located in Nelson Lancashire, it was fetured on Restoration Village 2006 as one of the northern entries. Unfortunaly it did not win the regional heats, but the work planned is due to be started soon. The weekend the Mill was fetured on TV they held a open day to the public, people were allowed to walk around the mill and see some of the work that had been started. We spent 2 days there, advising & demostrating on the use of lime products. |

The local children got involved by repointing a wall in one of the room to be renovated, this was finished by our team and a list of all the children involved is to be put up when the works are complete. |
